300 years of the University of Burgundy
How about a flashback? Here we are in 1722, date on which a faculty of law is established in the heart of Dijon.
Over time, this faculty became a university that grew larger and larger to give way, 300 years later, to a multidisciplinary university in the field of research and excellence, ranging from archaeology to artificial intelligence, which provides 400 courses each year. A historic university anchored for 300 years in its territory: Burgundy.

On September 26, 2022, the University of Burgundy will blow out its 300 candles, and to wait until this date, many events will be stamped with the colors of 300 years throughout this year: to make this anniversary a flagship event to better know the University of Burgundy, its history, its missions ... It must "embark students, stakeholders and partners" in this great adventure that is to build the next century together. And what better way to launch the festivities than with the New Year's ceremony? On January 6, 2022, let's start this new century with a festive and convivial celebration.
