Deadlines for submission:
• mid-January 2016: submission platform opens
• NEW Deadline for submission: February 22th, 2016
• Febuary 15th, 2016: submission deadline (all proposals)
• April 6th, 2016: registration opens
• July 18th, 2016: deadline for registration
